Who This Coaching Is For
This coaching is for people in mid-to later-career who are:
Preparing for retirement or a meaningful next chapter
Exploring semi-retirement or new forms of work and contribution
Seeking clarity, direction, and confidence after a successful career
The same life-design frameworks also support career reinvention and leadership transitions by considering what matters most across your whole life, not just your work.
The Next Chapter Jumpstart™
Founding cohort filling now. A small-group introduction to the Life Design
Playbook™ for experienced professionals navigating the retirement transition.
You spent decades building something meaningful. Now retirement is on the horizon, or
already here, and it's asking a question your career didn't prepare you for: what now? Most
retirement planning stops at the financial picture, the pension, the savings, the projected income, and leaves the bigger questions, who am I beyond this role, what gives my days shape, what's actually next, completely untouched.
The Jumpstart is where we start.
Over three weekly 90-minute workshops with a founding cohort of up to six participants, we
move through the first three steps of the full Designing Your Second Act™ program. By the end,
you will have language for who you are beyond your title, a clear map of what genuinely
energizes you, and a tested first step into your second act.
Session 1:
Awaken
Name where you are right now, the identity shift, the lost or shifting structure, the quiet question of "what now"? Stop feeling like something is wrong with you for asking it.
Session 2:
Discover
Work the Life Design Purpose Wheel™ to map your values, strengths, and what truly lights you up. The foundation everything else is built on.
Session 3:
Envision
Use the IDEA Cycle™ to test ideas in real life, gather evidence about what energizes you, and design your first concrete step forward.

Looking for something more perzonalized?
My private 1:1 coaching takes you through all four steps of the Life Design Playbook over six sessions.
Six one-on-one sessions plus three-month integration check-in
This coaching is designed to help you move forward with clarity, not rush toward a fixed plan. We design through reflection, experimentation, and real-world learning.
You'll work through:
Clarifying what this next chapter means for you
Exploring purpose, energy, and priorities
Identifying what to start, stop, or test
Designing and trying small, low-risk experiments
Shaping a sustainable portfolio for what comes next
A three-month follow-up session helps you:
Reflect on what worked and what didn't
Build on what gained momentum
Adjust direction based on lived experience
The result is steady progress, without pressure to have it all figured out.
What Makes This Coaching Different
From Insight to Design, Not Just Conversation
Every Next Chapter Life Design coaching engagement includes a Personal Life Design Summary — a practical, living document that captures what emerges across the full coaching journey.
This summary:
- Synthesizes insight across all six sessions
- Integrates reflection, experiments, and design tools
- Surfaces patterns, priorities, and direction
- Provides a clear record of what you’ve learned and where you’re headed
This isn’t a generic assessment or personality profile. It’s a design document you can return to, refine, and reuse as your life evolves.

A three-month integration session revisits the summary after ideas have been tested in real life, ensuring it stays grounded and relevant.

What People Are Saying

How This Connects to Designing Your Second Act
This coaching is built on the same frameworks explored in Designing Your Second Act.
The book (to be published in 2026) introduces the ideas and tools.
The coaching helps you apply them to your own life, in real time, with structure, accountability, and support.
Many people know what they want more of.
