What Comes After the Career?
For anyone approaching retirement (or already in it) and wondering, “What’s Next?”
🟢 Pre-orders are officially open!
Years ago, I started asking a question I couldn’t find a good answer to anywhere: why do so many capable, accomplished people retire and then feel lost, bored and miss being needed?
Not financially lost. Purposefully lost.
That question became a book.
Designing Your Second Act: How to Create Meaning and Confidence Beyond Full-Time Work is now available for pre-order through Routledge at 20% off.
It publishes November 4th.
🧭 This book is for you if:
You’ve spent decades building a career and you’re good at what you do but you’re starting to wonder what comes next. Not just what you’ll do with your time, but who you’ll be and what will matter to you.
Retirement isn’t just about being financially ready. It’s also about knowing who you want to be when the job title is gone and most of us were never given the tools to think about it that way.
🌱 Here’s what Karyn Ross had to say about this book:
“Learning and growth take place throughout our life. That is the way to make sure that each of us fulfills our unique purpose! Retirement isn’t the end; it’s just another stage in which we can make the most of our talents in our precious time. Thanks, Tammy, for writing this fabulous guide to help people build a bridge to their best future!”
— Karyn Ross, leadership coach and founder, Love and Kindness Project Foundation
